Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Workspace Audit, operated by Daisy Chain Consulting (Pty) Ltd. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Workspace Audit is a read-only security auditing tool for Google Workspace. It reports on configuration and does not modify your environment. Findings and recommendations are provided for your consideration; you remain responsible for your own security decisions.

Your responsibilities

• You must be authorised to connect the Google Workspace account you audit.
• You must not attempt to use the service to access data you are not entitled to.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your Workspace at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
